With over 25 years of product leadership in healthcare technology and life sciences, Era brings deep expertise in transforming key clinical processes that enhance medication access and improve patience outcomes.

In her role, Era will spearhead the creation of innovative solutions that streamline reimbursement and scale patient support HUBs, advancing COPILOT’s mission to ensure patients access critical therapies. Her career is marked by initiatives that simplify complex medical and prescription processes, always with a prioritization on optimizing patient care.

Era has a proven track record of leading software and data solutions that improve medication access. She has launched advanced analytics platforms, integrated Al­driven tools, and developed integration hubs for specialized therapies, driving efficiency in comprehensive drug therapies’ delivery and expanding patient support services. These efforts have consistently delivered operational improvements and better access to care.

Her work includes growing patient engagement platforms, supporting patient recruitment for clinical trials, and optimizing clinical workflows within electronic health records. She has also expanded drug data solutions to support global healthcare systems and broadened market presence of US solutions internationally.

Era holds a Master’s degree in Health Services Administration from George Washington University and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Maryland. Her academic foundation informs her ability to bridge technology and patient needs across various healthcare settings.
